Karina Szenderski founded Szenbridge Associates with the intention of closing the gap between companies’ desired outcomes and their plans to achieve them. Too often she recognized that the vision, roadmap, and implementation plan did not align, resulting in unfavorable outcomes.
In developing her professional self, Karina has found working in various company cultures to be the driving force behind the work she does today.
Business issues today are at a minimum two-fold, they require both operational and organizational change to be properly resolved. Karina believes properly integrating the two is the key to finding suitable solutions and improving operations. She has worked with individuals at all organizational levels and across diverse fields of interest which has allowed her to uniquely understand the root cause of issues and propose actionable and sustainable solutions to each business entity based on their definition of success.
Karina is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Strategic Advisor and Project and Process Management Executive. As a self-proclaimed life-long learner, she is an advocate for knowledge sharing with leading management organizations around the world to continually deliver smart and sustainable business solutions.
